Disclosure of Client Information: We may disclose all of the information described above to certain third parties who are not affiliated with Prospero under one or more of these circumstances: As Authorized - if you request or authorize the disclosure of the information; and As Permitted by Law - for example, sharing information with companies who maintain or service client accounts for Prospero is permitted and is essential for us to provide clients with necessary or useful services with respect to their accounts. Security of Client Information: We require service providers to Prospero: To maintain policies and procedures designed to assure only appropriate access to, and use of information about clients of Prospero; and To maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard non-public personal information of clients of Prospero. When information about Prospero's clients is disclosed to unaffiliated third parties, we require that the third party maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed and limit the use of information by the third party solely to the purposes for which the information is disclosed or as otherwise permitted by law. Access to information about our clients is limited to those employees who need to know that information to service your account or to carry out the purpose for which the information is disclosed.
